fi77's Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or using any service on the fi77 platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.

General Information & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between fi77 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its user ("you", "member", "user"). By using fi77's website, mobile version, or any associated service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Key Definitions

  • "Platform" — All online services, game lobby, sportsbook, and support channels of fi77.
  • "Member" — A person who has created a valid account and agreed to these Terms.
  • "Wallet" — The fund balance held on the platform in the member's name.
  • "Bonus Funds" — Money granted for promotional purposes that must meet specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • "Real Funds" — Money deposited directly by the member.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account and enjoy services on fi77, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

Age & Residence

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and receiving such services is not prohibited.
  • An account may only be opened on your own behalf and for your own use.

Registration Process

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. fi77 reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false information and to confiscate the associated funds. Each member may hold only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.

Identity Verification (KYC)

fi77 may verify your identity to process a withdrawal or activate a bonus. This may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (national ID card or passport) and proof of address. If the required documents are not submitted, the activity on the relevant account may be restricted.

Account Security & Responsibility

Maintaining the security of your fi77 account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password or login details with anyone.

  • Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • You are solely responsible for all transactions made from your account.
  • Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
Important: fi77 will never ask for your password by email or phone. If anyone asks for your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to [email protected].

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into fi77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Please note: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. fi77 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until the source of funds has been verified.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on fi77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion fee may apply for deposits made in foreign currency, as determined by the payment provider.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

fi77 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳22,000 and receive ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 wagered, after which bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Warning: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, bots, or fraudulent methods will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of bonus funds.

VIP Program

fi77's VIP program has 5 tiers. Tiers are advanced through regular play, and a weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. fi77 reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits at any time.

Section 06

Gaming Rules

All games available on fi77 (slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, etc.) are operated according to the rules of the respective game provider. fi77 does not interfere with game outcomes.

Technical Issues

If a round is left incomplete due to a network disconnection or technical error during gameplay, fi77 will verify the logs of the relevant game provider and provide a resolution. In such cases, the game provider's records will be considered final.

Sports Betting

For sports bets, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded. If a match is abandoned or postponed, specific rules will apply, as stated on the betting page of the relevant event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Maximum Win Limit

fi77 may set a maximum win limit per single round for certain games or promotions. This limit will be stated in the description of the game or promotion.

Section 07

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fi77 platform. Violating this provision will result in account closure and fund confiscation, and legal action may be taken if necessary:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software.
  • Fraudulently obtaining money from other members.
  • Operating multiple accounts under a false or disguised identity.
  • Bonus abuse — such as placing systematic bets solely to withdraw bonus funds.
  • Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
  • Any technical interference intended to disrupt the platform's operations.
Strict Warning: fi77 monitors all transactions and gameplay in real time. If suspicious activity is detected, an account may be verified or suspended at any time.
Section 08

Limitation of Liability

fi77 is not liable for the following:

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party service failure.
  • Account information leaks where the member has shared the information themselves.
  • Service disruption due to force majeure (natural disaster, war, government restriction).
  • Losses caused by errors in a game provider's system.

In the event of any dispute, fi77's internal logs and records will be used as primary evidence. Members may contact the support team to provide relevant information when raising a dispute.

Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by fi77

fi77 may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • Participation in prohibited activities described in Section 07.
  • Registration with false information.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Security threat or suspicion of money laundering.
  • Voluntary self-exclusion at the member's request under the responsible gaming policy.

Closure by the Member

You may close your account yourself at any time. Before closing, please withdraw the real funds in your wallet (including bonus funds subject to wagering requirements being met). Contact the support team to close your account.

Responsible Gaming

fi77 takes responsible gaming very seriously. This platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is operated solely for those aged 21 and above.

  • Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
